Catalina at Miramar may deny residency to any animal believed to be aggressive and whose breed may not be listed below. The following breeds are not accepted: Pure bred and/or any mixed form of the following breeds are restricted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Chow Chow, Pit Bull Breeds, Caucasian Ovcharka, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Presa Canario, Bullmastiff, Akitas, Tosa Japones, Wolf-hybrid, Alaskan Malamute. Please note breed restrictions are subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to refuse any dog residency should they feel uncomfortable with a dog’s behavior, no matter the breed. For further information regarding our pet policy, please contact the community office.

There is a one-time pet fee of $500 per dog or cat for the first pet and if you have two fur babies then the second fee is $250.

Utilities are paid directly by the residents, however monthly pest control is included in your rent.
We offer a minimum of 7 month lease terms.
To lease an apartment, you must pay all application fees, the administration fee, and the unit deposit. The application fee is $125.00 per person (over the age of 18), the administration fee is $350.00 per household, and the unit deposit is $500. These fees are non-refundable unless the application is denied. Then, only the administration fee and unit deposit are refundable. An additional deposit may be required based on the screening results. Please view our statement of qualifications for more details.
The applicant(s) gross personal combined income must be 2.5 the monthly rent. The applicant(s) must pass leasing criteria to be approved to live in the community. Click here to see our Qualifying Standards.
Each applicant must meet the property’s criteria in order to live in our community.
Each apartment has a monthly trash fee of $25 and monitored alarm fee $35, Water and Sewer is individually metered to the apartment and is billed monthly with the rent.
The deposit is fully refundable minus any outstanding rent and fees, any damages at the time of move out, and any final water bill charges.

No, we don’t have corporate housing apartments but it is possible to have your lease in your company name. Please reach out to the leasing office for details.

Yes, our select townhomes offer one and two car private attached garages.
Catalina at Miramar does not offer designated motorcycle parking. Parking is limited based on your apartment home. You may park in any designated parking space but all vehicles must be registered at the office. Parking restrictions apply, please reach out to the leasing office for details.
No, we do not offer additional storage on site.

Now that you have your quote and are ready to lease just click on the link (I Have a Quote) to get started. Remember that your quote will lock in the rental rate for up to 48 hours, but will not protect you from losing the apartment to someone else. You need to take the next step to lease the apartment.
If you do not have a quote or cannot find yours, you can select the (Start Application) but know that the quote pricing might not be available.
This orientation will help you get to know your new community and allow you to inspect your new apartment home. At least one of the lease holding residents will need to attend.
This is an exciting day, and we want to make it stress-free! At least one lease-holding resident will need to pick up and sign for their key(s) and fob(s). Please note that a government-issued ID will be required. You can schedule the specific day and time with a member of the onsite leasing team.
Requesting a repair is extremely convenient! Residents can request service on the ResidentPortal or by simply contacting or stopping by the leasing office.
Resident Portal makes paying rent simple and secure! Residents can pay rent online on the Resident Portal. We accept ACH Payments, e-money orders, and credit cards.
The rent is due on the first, and you are given a grace period until the 3rd of the month to pay without a late fee; on the 4th, a late fee is charged.
A guest may stay no more than 7 consecutive days, after that they will need to apply and then added to the lease agreement.
No open flame grills are permitted on the balcony. However, electric grills are allowed and all balconies are equipped with an electrical outlet. If stored on the balcony or patio, the grill must be covered.
